We make daily automatic backups of your data with a 30-day retention period. Backups are stored on a separate, isolated system within our datacenter.

Email hosting is a service where we manage your email server. You get professional email addresses on your own domain name, such as info@yourcompany.com, with full spam and virus protection.

We support Microsoft Outlook via Microsoft Exchange (Autodiscover). Your mailbox is configured automatically as soon as you enter your email address and password in Outlook - no manual server settings required. Apple Mail, Thunderbird and mobile apps on iOS and Android are also supported via Exchange ActiveSync. Webmail access is available through our Webmail portal.

1. Open Microsoft Outlook and go to File > Add Account.
2. Enter your full email address (e.g. name@yourcompany.com) and click Connect.
3. Select Exchange as the account type - Outlook will automatically detect server settings via Autodiscover.
4. Enter your password and click OK.
5. Your mailbox will sync. Email, calendar and contacts are immediately available.

The standard mailbox size is configurable and starts at 5 GB per user. For larger organizations we offer expandable storage without data limits.

We bill monthly in arrears via direct debit or bank transfer. You receive a detailed invoice by email every month.

With shared hosting you share resources with other customers, which is cheaper but offers less control. A VPS (Virtual Private Server) gives you dedicated CPU and memory, full root access and better performance.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime on our infrastructure, laid down in our SLA. For planned maintenance we notify you at least 48 hours in advance.

Our support team is available via email, phone and our customer portal. For critical outages we offer 24/7 availability. Response times are laid down in your SLA.
